Fine sake, made with a focus on clean water.
Toyama Prefecture has many old sake stores, most founded in the Edo and Meiji eras. In the Showa era, there was a grading system that used the classes of "special class," "first class," and "second class." However, that system has disappeared, and the sake types are now called Junmai Daiginjo, Junmaishu, Daiginjo, Ginjoshu, Honjozoshu, and standard sake. We hope you will come and enjoy the sake of Toyama.
