■ Introduction of Our Company
Founded in Meiji 39. Named Kachikoma to commemorate the victory of the Russo-Japanese War. We have been brewing sake with the motto of "fuyogi" (not tolerating falsehood) in sake breweries since our establishment.
In Heisei 12, the brewery building was registered as a national tangible cultural property, and the atmosphere of a good old sake brewery remains.

In all products, the gentle aroma, smooth taste, and umami of rice are alive. Sake that goes well with everyday home cooking. We aim to be an orthodox sake rooted in our daily lives.
